Returns Eligibility

At KL03, we take great care in ensuring every perfume reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of fragrance products (personal use & hygiene-sensitive), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, sprayed, or used.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery

  • You have received a wrong item or variant


Return Window

Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at kl03perfumes@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

  3. Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

If the product is found used, damaged, or tampered, the refund request will be declined and the product returned to you.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to buy another product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes, body mists, testers, or samples once opened

  • Gift sets with any opened product

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
