• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• During sales or festive seasons, dispatch may take up to 3-4 business days.

Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For Prepaid orders, you will get 5% discount during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. KL03 will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Damaged / Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at kl03perfumes@gmail.com
